When Cash App says that the payment is completed, that means that the amount is successfully sent.
But if you haven’t received it yet or the receiver hasn’t received it, that means you have paid to a different phone number, Cashtag, or email address.
In that situation, the only thing you can do is to ask the wrong receiver to send it back and say that you have done that payment mistakenly.
To find out to whom you have sent the payment, follow the below steps –
- Open Cash App.
- Next, You can go to the “Activity” Tab.
- Make sure once when your payment is already completed or pending.
- If Payment is Pending, it will take some time to receive money.
- If Payment is Completed, check whom you have paid.
