In this article, I’ll share with you how to change a phone number on amazon.
Step-1: Visit the Amazon.com website, If it has regional extension use the same for your country. (Example: For India it is amazon. in)
Step-2: Once you visit the homepage of the Amazon website, You need to Sign In with your login credentials.
Step-3: Now that you have successfully logged in, you can proceed to change your mobile phone number.
Step-4: On the Amazon homepage, hover your mouse to the Account & List button on the top-right side of the navigational panel.
Step-5: From the dropdown menu, Choose Your Account. And click on the same.
Step-6: Your Amazon profile account page will now appear here. And then you’ll see different options under your account.
Step-7: From the following option, Click on the Login & Security button.
Step-8: Once you do that you will be redirected to a new page. That will ask you to approve security notifications. You will receive the same on Email, And Phone Number.
Step-9: Now go to your email box, And look for the email that Amazon sends you to approve the notification so that you can make certain changes.
Step-10: Click on the Approve button from the email link. And you will be good to go for changes.
Step-11: Once you approve the message, You’ll be redirected to the page where you could change your mobile number on Amazon.
Step-12: On this page, You can see your details visible for different account information, From the given below choose the EDIT option for mobile number.
Step-13: Now, You can finally change your mobile number on this page. And from now this will become the official number for communication from amazon.
