#Step2: Once you are in the login page of Reliance My Jio portal, hit the ‘Sign In’ button.
Enter the register Email ID and Password that is previously associated with your Jio account.
#Step3: Click on the Settings icon on the top right corner.
#Step4: Now choose to suspend and return the option from the flow chart.
#Step5: Choose a reason of why you want to deactivate your SIM. Choose the reason as-“SIM Damaged and SIM/Device Lost”.
#Step5: Once you are done click on the ‘SUSPEND’ interactive icon to complete and confirm the deactivation process.

How to resume your blocked Jio SIM?
If you are lucky enough to find your sim again than you can easily resume your SIM. To get your deactivated SIM in working condition to follow the steps-
#Step1: Login to your account and go to suspend and resume option from the settings. ( use first 4 steps of the steps of deactivation)
#step2: Click on the ‘RESUME‘ button to resume your service.
#Step3: A pop-up screen will appear with your request number. (that period of resuming your no through the website is within 90-120 days of deactivation.)
