Step-1: Open your TikTok app and Go to Home Tab

Step-3: Find the Live stream you want to join and tap on send guest request option in the bottom right corner

How to Enable/Disable TikTok Live Request
You can control guest requests on TikTok if you want other people to join your TikTok live you have to enable it (By default it is enabled), and you can also disable it, so no one will be able to join your TikTok Live.
