1) Trying to login into Google from some other location

When you try to log in from some other locations, in most cases out of the country. Google puts a restriction for you to recover your email in that case. For example, You are travelling to some other country and trying to recover your password from that nation. Google will think that someone very far away from your home IP is trying to establish a connection with your account. And google then blocks your account completely.
