As we know that in a school Chromebook, everything is blocked or restricted except the notes and other school-related documents. There are various ways to unblock yourself from this loop and get back to the normal Chromebook which gives you access to everything. Or else you can use a virtual way to use the internet pretending like studying.
First of all, check the levels of security they have used to restrict the other stuff.
Method1: Google Settings
Step-1: Firstly, you can Open the Google Chrome window.
Step-2: Then, Click on the three dots button on the right top. And then you can choose More.
Step-3: From next, You can Select the Settings option.
Step-4: Then, Choose the Privacy & Settings Option in the list.
Step-5: Then, We can turn off/on settings which are restricting you from accessing the websites.
How to unblock Everything including websites and all on a school Chromebook
Method2: Roll App
Step-1: First of all, Open google chrome and open the website RollApp.
Step-2: Then, Sign up for a new account there with your details.
Step-3: Now, after successful signup, go to the Apps section.
Step-4: Select Brackets App.
Step-5: Now, you can see a new tab with the option Launch Online. Click on it.
Step-6: It asks for a paid subscription which we really don’t need. So, click on Launch with limited capabilities.
Step 7: It will pop up a tab with some coding stuff. Turn it into full screen.
Step 8: You can see a thunderbolt icon at the right-top which is Live Preview. Then click Ok.
Step 9: Now, you can open a new tab keeping that tab aside and you can now surf everything all over the internet.
Method3: Khan Academy
Step-1: In this method, you don’t really have to do anything but open a link.
Step-2: There is a link where you can use everything through it.
Step-3: Just enter the website that you want to go to in the left top search bar.
Step-4: You can use any website from this link whereas the tab always shows Khan Academy in the tab title.
